On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Object workflow triggering upon lead conversion when the Owner is not changed.
Here is the condition being used for this WF:

if (isAttributeChanged('OwnerId') && EmailNotification_c=='Y')
{ return true; } else { return false; }
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Object workflow should get triggered upon lead conversion only when the Owner is changed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Navigator
2. Go to Application Composer
3. Go to Object workflow and create workflows for Lead Object


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use object workflow for needed conditions.
