After Turning On Address Verification, Account Import Is Not Importing Addresses

On : version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

As soon as we turned on address verification, we found that when we tried to import new records into the system, the address would not import. Basically, the account information would be imported successfully, BUT THE ADDRESS WOULD GET CLEARED OUT. The address is not to be found in the database after the import.

It is expected that the imports would be importing address information along with all other account information.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run an import
2. Check to confirm that it finished.
3. See that the address did not get imported correctly.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import accounts that contain the address information.
