Unable to Load Data When Accessing Team Usage

Symptoms

When accessing the Team Usage applet via P6 Web, the following error occurs:

Unable to load data
Unknown error, please contact your System Administrator


In P6WebAccess.log the following error can be observed:

[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '3' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' ERROR /rest/teamusage/loadGridData?showAllProjects=true (User Id: 91 DB Id: 1) com.primavera.bo.remotable.SpecialQueryHelper ?:? Failed executing query; select count(*) as cnt from (select distinct proj_id from rsrcroleasgnmentspread where (rsrcroleasgnmentspread.proj_id = <xxxx>)) with params null

com.primavera.bo.base.DBEngineException: DBEngine.executeSelect: {select count(*) as cnt from (select distinct proj_id from rsrcroleasgnmentspread where (rsrcroleasgnmentspread.proj_id = <xxxx>))}
Caused by: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Incorrect syntax near ')'.

Changes

This issue is occurring only on SQL Server.
