Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After upgrading to Release 11, noticing odd behavior where the employee is unable to see any of the manager's ratings within the performance document (or the participants' feedback responses) after the document has been shared with the employee. The ratings can be seen on the left hand side but once the tiles are clicked on the ratings do not show. This is not an issue for the Line Manager, it is specific to the Employee. Checked the Performance Template but no changes have been made and it should behave as it used to, prior to Release 11

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Employee and navigate to Performance Document
2. Click on any tab and see the ratings are missing
3. Click on the Participant Feedback tab and see the Feedback is missing
