Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Performance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users are complaining of slow system performance when trying to global search as well as when accessing various objects. Time from click on object icon or on search magnifying glass is approximately 11 seconds. Other users complain about the time it takes to refresh changes in Opportunities, add contacts to accounts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer expects OSC to respond to requests in a timely fashion.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Users log into OSC.
2. Users click on an object icon, the search icon or refresh changes in Opportunities, Contacts or Accounts.
3. Users experience delays of around 11 seconds.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use OSC without significant delays.
