ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Activity Email Notification not working

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Email Notification is expected when a Activity Task is created

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into application. Navigate to Activities.
2.
User A creates a task/appointment and adds User B as a resource.
Since User A is the owner, he will not get notification
User B Should notifications, However user did not receive any notifications.
