Sorting is Not Working in SSR Custom Object subtab of Opportunity object
SSR (Service Support Request) is a custom parent object. One Opportunity can have multiple SSRs. When we create a new SSR under any opportunity, it doesn't appear at the bottom always.
Many times it appears at the top and sometimes after creation it appears in the middle of the list. Please check why sorting is not working any more. Attaching few screenshots of this issue
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an opportunity.
2. Create multiple SSR records under opportunity.
3. The SSR records are not sorted.
