Fusion Global HR: Error When Selecting Manage Person From Manage Users Form And Wrong Person Record Opened

Error when selecting Manage Person from the Manage Users form and wrong person record opened

If I select a person from the Manage Users form and then click on Actions ->Personal and Employment -> Manage Person, I get an Error message and the wrong person record is opened (I always get the same person record for an employee regardless of which person I originally selected).

Note that this is new functionality in R11 to be able to get to the Manage Person form from Manage Users, and it has NEVER worked since we upgraded to R11.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Users -> search for user
2. Click on Actions -> Personal and Employment -> Manage Person
3. See the error message

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, wrong person is opened from Manage Users.
