R11 Upgrade - Issue With Custom Objects Existing Data (Doc ID 2205081.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

R11 Upgrade - Issue with custom objects existing data

Stage environment was refreshed from Production (P2T) and then upgraded to R11.

When opening the Details Page for an existing Record of the Custom Object, Blank screen comes up.

ERROR

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 464, Server Domain: CRMDomain, Server Instance: SalesServer_1, Application Name: SalesApp.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

FLOW1
---------
Login > Springboard > Tax Diversion (custom object) > Open any record (created in production and copied over to this environment during P2T)
Detail Layout is BLANK (Record # 00050)

Create a new Tax Diversion record and open it again, works without errors for that record. (Record#00085)


FLOW2
---------
Go to Account object > search for customer.
Go to Tax Diversion icon
Open Record 0050, you get error message,

And it shows a blank page just like earlier.
 
Open Record 0085 from the subtab and it opens correctly.

2) Credit Rebill
3) Service Activity

Due to this issue, users cannot use the Application UI for existing records in the Custom Object
