Request Sales Lead Assignment process is not completing
The customer is running the Request Sales Lead Assignment process on an hourly basis in production and it has been stuck in "Running" status for several days. The customer attempted to cancel that process and schedule a new instance but that new one is now also stuck in "Running" status. Consequently, none of our new leads are being picked up to get assigned.
