Information in this document applies to any platform.
When opening form in Smart View the parent member (quarter period cell) displays as writable. It will allow entering data; however when submit data the previous value will return to the quarter period cell. The same cell is read only when opening the form in Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) application using web browser.
