Receive Fusion's Blue Error Page When Clicking Taleo Recruiting Link

Customer confirmed federation SSO between fusion application and customer IDP (Identity Provider), SSO federation between same fusion application (as IDP) and Taleo cloud environment (as SP).
When directly access Taleo link, the user can login successfully, but when accessing the Taleo link after logging in to fusion application, the user receive Fusion's blue error page
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to fusion application
2. Access Taleo card in the home page
User will get an system error
