FUSION:AP:View T-Accounts Option Is Missing In Rel11

After creating, validating, and posting an invoice, user usually clicks View T-accounts to view the distributions that have been posted.
However if the user wants to view the T-accounts again, this option is no longer available in the INVOICE ACTIONS drop down list in Rel11.

Additionally, if the user clicks OK right away without clicking on VIEW T-accounts, when she goes to the INVOICE ACTIONS drop down list, the View T-accounts is no longer available.
