On : version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to update a row from the Metadata, the following error occurs.

The Oracle Cloud environment is currently unavailable. Our team is actively working to resolve this unplanned downtime and to restore your service(s) as quickly as possible.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator -> Application Composer -> Common Application -> Metadata Manager
