Fusion INV: Not able to Process Inventory Transactions when Using Locator Control (Doc ID 2205852.1)

When attempting to perform an inventory transaction with Locators, the following error occurs:

An application error has occured. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: , Server Domain: SCMDomain, Server Instance: LogisticsServer_1, Application Name: LogisticsApp.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Go to Create Miscellaneous Transaction
2) Add a transaction line
3) Try to select locator value and receive error
