Transaction Is Saved With NULL Values Are Using Required Attributes On Descriptive Flexfield (Doc ID 2205974.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.1.9.2.0 version, on transactions page, using required attributes on descriptive flexfield (DFF) (Invoice Lines). The transaction is saved allowing NULL values for required fields.

Note: This happens also for Transaction DFF

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When the save is done, ask for the required attributes on the descriptive flexfield


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. On Invoice Lines descriptive flexfield definition, set Context
2. On that context, set ATTRIBUTE1 as a required attribute
3. On Navigator
4. Go to Receivables > Billing
5. Create a transaction
6. Save the transaction
7. Observed that after save there is not error about the required descriptive value
