EE Time On Page Condition Not Working
I am having an issue with proactive chat whenever I maintain condition ‘ greater than 20 sec’ as shown below. It’s not triggering chat window. However if I remove ‘Date/Time’ then its firing immediately. I tried using different options like ‘Time on site’, ‘Time on Page’ etc.
Qn2:Why does my Proactive Chat widget not displayed on my CP page even if the rule returns TRUE?
