Can Not Withdrawal Compensation Plan Approval. The Status Still Shows In Progress Instead of Ready To Publish (Doc ID 2206562.1)

Symptoms

After withdrawal of compensation plan approval, the status still shows In Progress instead of the Ready to Publish

STEPS
1. Navigation > Participant Snapshot > Select Participant > Search participant "Howard" > Manage Compensation Plans > Drill down on the compensation plan name ( Status is In Progress)
2. Click [ Withdraw from approval ] and then [ Save and Close ]
    The acceptance status should change to Ready to Publish but it still shows as In progress.
