Symptoms

When attempting to Use the Import / Export to Microsoft Project feature within Instantis EnterpriseTrack, the following error and data changes occur.

Using Instantis Microsoft Project 2010

ERROR

Internal Error: 1109 An error occurred in Function setEffortDateDurationAndResource
Error Number: 1101 Description (Invalid percentage value completed.

DATA CHANGES:
-----------------------
1. Some dates from the Project when opening with the Instantis Plug-in have been changed
2. Percent complete from the Project when opening with the Instantis Plug-in have been changed

STEPS TO REPRODUCE the errors in the project opening, and DATA CHANGES
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access EnterpriseTrack as Application Administrator
2. Navigate to Projects
3. Select Project to open
4. Select Import/Export
5.Click ◦Export Project Data To Microsoft® Project
NOTE:
---- If previous version of Instantis plugin exists on system uninstall
---- If deleted or not currently installed, Download current version of Instantis plugin
-------Click Download Run the setup.exe, or save and run from folder
6. Select Lock Project and Export (because we are expecting to edit the Microsoft Project software and import back to Instantis)
7. Click the button "Lock Project and Export"
8. Open the etz file directly
9. When the plugin has read the file, then finished the errors are present, when closing the error messages, the data changes are reflected on the opened Microsoft Project file
10 Navigating back to project Roadmap and verify the data changes

STEPS TO REPRODUCE the errors in export from MSP to Instantis

1. Open file inside folder ...Oracle-Instantis EnterpriseTrack/attachemntsmsp
2. Make a change, save file
3. Navigate to File select Export, To Instantis EnterpriseTrack
4. Open Instantis EnterpriseTrack as User who is importing msp file
5. Enter username and password of user importing msp file (must have proper permission to import msp file)
6. Receive Error (Different for Brazilian-Portuguese and English)
