Qn1:On : version, Manage Project Costs-Record Accounting for Project Costs

Create Accounting for Project ends in warning. Execution Report shows following error -

Subledger Accounting was unable to locate a match in the mapping set Default Account Combinations for the input value.
Cause: The input source values do not match any output value defined in the mapping set {MAPPING_SET}.
Action: You must define a default output for the mapping set {MAPPING_SET} or specify mappings for all possible input values
Qn2:End-dated the 'Miscellaneous Cost' Event Class as 1980-11-01 on Journal Entry Rules Set Assignments. Created a new record for the 'Miscellaneous Cost' Event Class effective on 2016-11-01. Ran the activate subledger journal entry rule set assignments, create accounting execution report shows a new error -

The event type associated with the event is not included in the journal entry rule sets assigned to the accounting method used by the ledgers. Details: A journal entry rule set must be assigned to the Subledger accounting methods for this event type. If you do not want to create accounting for a particular event type, update the accounting method and confirm that no accounting will be created for the event.
