The requirement is "a manager has a specific goal with some target and they want to align it to their direct reports by splitting the targets as different goals under a different name". Using the assign option, we are able to do this requirement but the same name is prevailing to the reports as well. We want to assign goals to each employee by different name and those goals should be aligned to the manager's goal.

Example: Manager has a goal of "Making a profit of 100000 AED for next period". Manager wants to split the target and has to assign it to different employees. Say for employee 1 the goal as "Making a profit of 50000 AED" and for employee 2 "Making a profit of 20000 AED" and for employee 3 "Making a profit of 30000 AED". These 3 goals should be in alignment with the manager's top goal to track the objective status.
