The customer has been reporting problems with performance ever since their update/upgrade to version 220.127.116.11.
E.g., performance degradation, mysterious login screens populating the logs, processing wheels that will hang for an hour when doing a task and when abandoned and re-triggered complete within a few seconds, sudden and without warning no response what-so-ever, and the likes.
