When Opportunity setup has Sales team member default values for access as EDIT ,
when a lead is converted to opportunity , All sales team members , including owner has the values set to "EDIT ".
But when An opportunity is created from Oppty interface , the Owner gets the "FULL" access . and the Sales team members gets 'EDIT' access.
How can one provide "Full" access to Opportunity Owner on the Sales Team when Opportunity is converted from a Lead?
