Cannot See Approvals In Requiring My Approval tab Or Pending Approval from Others tab In Journals Page (Doc ID 2208422.1)

Goal

User is not able to see approvals notifications in 'Requiring my Approval' tab or in the 'Pending Approval from Others' tab in the Journals page.

Approvals are working completely fine but not getting notifications in the above tabs in the Journals dashboard.
Bell notifications and emails for notifications are received by the user.
How to resolve?
