Update Baseline Functionality Not Working On Selected Activities Or Filter (Doc ID 2208690.1)

Symptoms

Error returned when running update baseline on a project: “WBS status cannot be Active unless its parent's status is Active.”

The schedule does not update as a result of the error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a project
2. Project > Maintain Baseline
3. Make a copy of initial baseline
4. Update Baseline (Specify the activities to include: Activities within the following filter) Customer has a specific filter
5. Receive the following dialog box: “Error(s) occurred during update process. Please see log for more details.
6. Review the log:
SEVERE ----- : Errors located: StatusCode: WBS status cannot be Active unless its parent's status is Active.
