Server Error When Trying To Edit Sales Stages

On : version, Opportunity
When going to Sales methods and stages to choose a sales method, after navigating to the 3rd sales stage, the following error occurs:
Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #3"
There is an "Invalid column index" on 4th stage

1) Go to Setup and Maintenance > Manage Sales Method and Sales Stages
2) Choose a sales method
3) Go to Sales Stage 3
