Incorrect Time Stamp On Approval Email Notifications (Doc ID 2208798.1)

Symptoms

The assigned date in the header is different than the history assigned date. The Requisition Approve/Reject e-mail header shows Assigned Date: Thursday, July 7, 2016 10:16 am.  The Requisition History shows a different value for update time.  The history shows UTC time stamp which is wrong and should show CST time zone. Invoice approval has the same issue.

This problem happens to all assigned approvers in the history section. Tasks are driven by Approval notifications and users do not claim the task. The task is reassigned. No modifications were made to the task and it was not escalated. If users login to BPM worklist and open the approval notification, the worklist area date and time stamp are correct as US Central Time zone.
