The Performance Template is configured such that the Line Manager can see all Participant Feedback. However, it seems that the Responses do not show up when the manager is in the Manage Evaluation of Worker 'task' > Participant Feedback 'section' > Participants 'section' and View By = 'Questions'.
When a manager sorts feedback by question instead of the default by participant the response column is blank when it should contain the response from each participant on the question
