Enabling Single Sign-on On Identity Domain (Doc ID 2209142.1)

Customer has enabled SSO in the JCS-SX environment with chooser option. But when testing the SSO, the test is UNSUCCESSFUL.

Symptoms

You are trying to get the SSO to work on your domain (both PaaS and SaaS are in the same Identity domain) following the details provided in the link below:

When you click on the button Start SSO (access via the SSO Configuration tab page) you get the Access Manager page.
