"Project Timeline Error" When Attempting to Change Project Start Date in Instantis EnterpriseTrack

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to change a project start date, a "Project Timeline Error" is received.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in as Application Administrator (app_admin) or user with equivalent privileges
- Navigate to (ProjectID) > Calendar > Edit Start Date
- Change the 'Current Start Date' to Mar/13/2018
- Click the radio button next to 'Shift Financial Data'
- Click Save. Receive the following message:
Project Timeline Error. Please correct the errors shown below, and try again.
Evaluation exception during submission.
