"Project Timeline Error" When Attempting to Change Project Start Date in Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2209234.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to change a project start date, a "Project Timeline Error" is received.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in as Application Administrator (app_admin) or user with equivalent privileges
  2. Navigate to (ProjectID) > Calendar > Edit Start Date
  3. Change the 'Current Start Date' to Mar/13/2018
  4. Click the radio button next to 'Shift Financial Data'
  5. Click Save. Receive the following message:

    Project Timeline Error. Please correct the errors shown below, and try again.

    Evaluation exception during submission.
