FUSION HCM: Manually Added Address and Postal Do Not Appear In List of Values (Doc ID 2209295.1)

On : version, Global Human Resources

Manually added Canadian city (Foothills) and postal code(T1S 3HS), but they are not found in Search


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Manual configuration for the values that did not exist in the system (City: Foothills, Postal Code: T1S 3H6) for the province AB (Alberta) :
Manage Geography Hierarchy: Canada
 Search: Starts with Foot
  Foothills - City - FOOTHILLS - User Entered
  T1S 3H6 - Postal Code - T1S 3H6 - User Entered

All other values are Vertex provided:

When going to add a Canadian address for a person with the Postal code T1S 3H6 :
No rows displayed
