Cloud Apps: User is Unable to Access AppCloud Developer

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User cannot open AppCloud Developer area because:
- Link may not be available under Settings > Platform Extensions
- One of the following error messages might be displayed:
- "Eloqua Unauthorized"
- "Access Denied: You do not have permission to perform this action"
