On : version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Customer wants to update 500+ accounts.
Update includes a new field and an existing field.

Customer created the new field in the Test pod.
Import was successful in test.

Customer repeated steps in Production pod.
Import activity completes with few exceptions
Updates are not working.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update 500+ accounts accurately.
