Landing Pages: Custom Form CSS Not Saving

Symptoms
When saving an HTML landing page that has had a form dragged onto it and the form CSS in the <head> tag has been replaced with custom form CSS, the default Eloqua CSS overwrites the custom CSS.
Before saving, the code and preview show the expected custom CSS look, but this changes back to the default when the landing page is saved.
