Audience Emails Not In Facebook Business Manager When Uploaded Through SRM (Doc ID 2209365.1)

Symptoms

Problem:
Can’t upload a particular CSV file for custom audiences in SRM. User has successfully uploaded the same file directly within Facebook Business Manager. This worked fine. The file contains over 20,000 entries.

SRM Steps:
SRM uploads the file without issue. User receives no errors. However, when user looks at the table that shows users upload, the # of contacts displays 0.
