Symptoms
For one of the Retirees in the system the Family coverage is not being displayed when attempting to make elections.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Retirees should be able to make the Family election.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Retiree event
2. Go to the enrollments and select the Medical option
3. See that the family options is not available
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Retirees are unable to elect family coverage.
