SSO: Authentication Hangs (IDP Initiated URL)
(Doc ID 2209528.1)
Last updated on MAY 14, 2021
Applies to:
Oracle Taleo Platform Cloud Service - SmartOrg (Central Configuration) - Version 15A and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Taleo seems to "hang" when a user attempts to connect to the zone via an "IDP-initiated URL" for the SSO (Single Sign-On) authentication. Symptoms include:
- the user does not experience any error but the webpage remains blank and Taleo does not load.
- if the user clears the URL from the Web browsers address bar and enters ZONENAME.taleo.net, Taleo loads with the User logged in (authenticated).
Changes
The end-user clicks on a client portal or similar that takes the user to their Taleo zone and the zone is configured with the client's system to work together for Single Sign-On.
