A REP user with Role which has "Can Read All" disabled for Activity and Assessment. His manager scheduled an appointment with him in order let him do assessment.
When the REP user opened the appointment from his Calendar, he cannot see any assessment from the related information, including his own assessment. Instead, he has a message says Access level for Assessment is No Access.
