Topic Routed to Engage Not Pulling in Messages to Engage

On : Engage

A topic routed to Engage is not pulling in messages and sending to Engage as anticipated.

Messages are expected to appear in Engage for routed topic from listen

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Listen
2. Listen topic shows recent messages when click on analyze and see the preview of messages
3. Navigate to Engage and filter from channel routed from listen.
4. No messages are seen.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot monitor routed topic in engage.
