Unable To Update Account Site When Accounts have Multiple Dunning Sites. (Doc ID 2209685.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.1.11.1.0 version, Customer Data

Unable to Update Account Site  

We have loaded the Customer's Account and Site data using FBDL and Webservices, there has been no error while loading the customers.

But, when we update a Customer Site record, it fails to save and prompts for following error

ERROR
-----------------------

An account site with this usage already exists. Enter a unique usage (HZ-120048)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. navigator - manage customers
2. query any customer , eg A10610
3. click on any site eg B07012 and change value of any field, eg DFF "Legacy Template Number"
4. Click “Save” and the error pops up

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update a Customer Site record
