Why I am Not Able To Open Lead Processing Activities Task

When searching for "Manage Lead Processing Activities" under setup and maintenance we are not able to open the task(See Screenshot below). We are able to open other setup tasks like "Manage Admin Profile",we are able to open the same in production environment but not in staging. Recently we have a P2T performed.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Login into application using admin credentials
2.Go to setup and maintenance
3.Search for manage lead processing activities.
4.Not able to open the task
