Account Territory Batch Assignment Not Working

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Account Territory works for the customer in UI when customer runs it from UI Account-> Action menu.
However when they try to run it in batch mode it fails with error:
The assignment of following number of candidates to work object SalesAccount_Work_Object with the identifier 1178 is in process: 1. (MOW-225167)
The assignment attributes for storing the matching candidates are missing. Contact your help desk. (MOW-225157) Details: When the assignment process runs, one or more matching candidates are identified and the application attempts to store these back in appropriate work object attribute or attributes. The attribute or attributes where these values are to be stored have not been defined. Action: Check the assignment object definitions for the work object SalesAccount_Work_Object and candidate object SalesAccountTerritory_Candidate_Object combination in the appropriate application Manage Assignment Objects setup task.
