Errors occurred while loading new Depreciation methods with the following errors in the log files:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Used Depreciation Method template to generate file
2. Updated existing configuration package and uploaded file through configuration manager
3. Process errored out with the message above in the log file.
