Single Sign-In For Sales Cloud App And OSN App Not Working

Mobile Sales App

When attempting to log in to the mobile app,
the following error occurs.

Authentication Failure
ORAIDMOBILE-5: The user cancelled login operation

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open mobile app
2. Attempt to log in using SSO credentials
3. Error message comes up.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log in to the mobile app using SSO.
