Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Award Overview

Budget Amounts on Award Financial Performance (tab) is zero on the Award Overview page (the card or the financial details) for awards that's associated to multiple projects. Budget information shows correctly when award has only one project.

Expected Behavior
We are expecting budget amount should be non zero.

Replication Steps
1. Awards> Search for an award and notice that the budget amount is zero.
