After logging into the P6 Professional application connected to a database using CloudConnect, the following error message is displayed:

The database has not been configured to run background jobs. To correct this problem, please contact your System Administrator or see the Primavera Administrator's Guide.  Last System Monitor Job Run: DD-MMM-YYYY hh:mm:ss
