OSN Extremely Slow or System Crashes Repeatedly (Doc ID 2210834.1)

Symptoms

The Oracle Social Network (OSN) is extremely slow in the following areas:

a. page loading
b. annotations
c. viewing a document
d. uploading documents
e. annotation adding

and system may crash repeatedly.

In some cases it's been observed that the system is working without issues for a number of weeks, and then restarts occur every 10 - 20 minutes.
