Sales Campaign forward a friend personal message

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After launching the Sales Campaign, from the received email Customer selects the link -Forward To Friend. Forward To Friend page opens, personal message is entered, entered name, valid email address, and selected Click to Send button. Thank you! message is displayed. The email is received by the friend but not seeing the personal message.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After launching a campaign, from the received email when Customer selects the link -Forward To Friend, email is sent with the personal message

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Customer creates a Campaign and adds Contacts
2)In the email, add the link forward to friend and customer response type- ex: “email notification”
3)The email is sent to the specified Contacts and when the contact selects the link -Forward To Friend.
4)Forward To Friend page opens, personal message is entered, entered name, valid email address, and selected Click to Send button. Thank you! message is displayed.

5)The email is received by the friend but not seeing the personal message.
