Lead Import Completed With Unsuccessful Status

The customer is unable to uploads Leads in to application. As part of the business process, they upload Leads that are generated through our external systems to Sales Cloud on a daily basis. The customer has created an import activity and defined the necessary mapping file for uploading Leads to the system. They use the same import activity and mapping file everyday to import Leads. Now, the import jobs are going into Unsuccessful status and there is no log file or error file generated. The following message is generated on the import activity.

The process fails to load data into import interface tables.
