Error: "The Date Range Exceeds 100 Years. Enter New Date Values." When Updating Task With Actual Values in Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2210944.1)

When attempting to save actual effort, the following error occurs.

The date range exceeds 100 years. Enter new date values.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Assign a team member to project in the project resources page.
  2. Open the project schedule, assign the team member to a task. Planned availability percent = 50%, actual effort = 4, Estimated time to Complete = 0 hours, As of = planned start = planned finish = May/24/2016.
  3. Click button "save", then the error message occurs.
